Public Policy Scope and Priorities
GABA actively engages in public policy and advocacy efforts to protect consumers, support practitioners, and advance high-quality behavior analytic services throughout the state of Georgia. Our work focuses on shaping legislation, regulations, and funding policies that promote ethical practice, equitable access to care, and the long-term sustainability of the behavior analysis profession. We believe effective policy is informed by data, guided by ethics, and strengthened through collaboration.
