Jeron Trotman

M.S., BCBA, IBA, LBA

VP of DEI

Jeron Trotman, MS., BCBA, IBA, LBA is a behavior analyst with over a decade of experience. He holds degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Purdue University and the University of New Hampshire.

Jeron is the Founder and President of Black Men in Behavior Analysis (BMBA), where he works to increase representation, equity, and leadership opportunities for Black men in the field. He is also the Founder of ABAVerzus, an organization redefining community engagement in ABA through vibrant experiences, and the Behavior Technician Association (BTA), which supports the development and recognition of frontline professionals. A passionate speaker and mentor, Jeron serves as Vice President of DEI for the Georgia Association for Behavior Analysis and is the Executive Producer of the Beyond the Science podcast, where he elevates diverse voices across the ABA community through candid conversations and culturally responsive storytelling. Jeron’s work is grounded in mentorship, empowerment, and building inclusive systems that support long-term success in the field. He resides in Atlanta, GA.
