Ashley Carrigan is a behavior scientist with a doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School. She is the CEO and Executive Director of the Center for Young Minds Behavior & Learning (CYMBAL), where she leads clinical training, fieldwork supervision, professional development, ABA and school-based consulting services. She also works directly with clients and students with developmental delays. Dr. Carrigan serves as a part-time Assistant Professor of Inclusive Education at Kennesaw State University, helping prepare special education teachers in Masters programs. She contributes to grant-funded initiatives and partners with school districts to strengthen behavior support and professional development. Additionally, she serves on multiple boards and committees across behavior analysis, education, psychology, community and Christian-based leadership, advancing the profession and mentoring future leaders.
