Courtney Keleher, BCBA

Courtney started her career as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in the Atlanta area in 2007 after completing her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Vanderbilt University. She earned progressive leadership positions with the May Institute, prompting her move to Richmond, Virginia in 2012 and Boston, Massachusetts in 2014. She later served as Associate Vice President of Consultation at Beacon ABA Services, Vice President of Children’s Services at Kennedy Donovan Center, and Vice President of Clinical Services at AnswersNow. In 2022, Courtney and her family moved back to Georgia, where she is currently completing her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis at Endicott College under the advisement of Dr. Mary Jane Weiss. She is very excited to be back home and involved in GABA once again. Her interests include improving equitable access to quality ABA care, verbal behavior, compassionate care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Courtney is eager to help lead the Membership & Finance committee in its endeavors to grow GABAs member base and to manage funds for important association initiatives. She brings with her 15+ years of leadership experience in the field of ABA, vast knowledge of the service landscape across the U.S., and enthusiasm for promoting behavior analysis and networking opportunities to professionals throughout the Peach state.
