Ginger Hill, MA, BCBA

Ginger Hill, MA, BCBA, is originally from Los Angeles, California. Earning her Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Northridge, she went on to graduate with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Pepperdine University. Working under some of the top behavior analysts and psychologists in California, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to pursue her passion of working with families and those affected by developmental disabilities. Ginger has worked with a wide age range of clients from 12-months to all ages of adults, with a specialization in early intervention. She has also worked with a variety of diagnoses, including (but not limited to): Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD/ADD, Down syndrome, Rett syndrome, cerebral palsy, ODD, PANDAS and Prader-Willi syndrome. Ginger worked as a Clinical Program Director for one of California’s largest multidisciplinary, non-profit agencies and is the Clinical Director for Integrated Behavioral Solutions, Inc. With over 12 years of extensive experience in developing and teaching parent education classes, providing and overseeing home and clinic-based therapy, implementing Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) techniques to ensure quality of services through improvement of both company and individual performance, while also acting as a behavioral consultant and independent evaluator to various school districts and group homes, Ginger has been an integral component in improved quality of provided services and the development and implementation of comprehensive, empirically supported and individualized treatment programs for those affected by behavioral and/or pervasive developmental disorders.
