Jeron Trotman, MS, BCBA

 Jeron Trotman is a highly skilled, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). He earned his Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA from Purdue University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire. Dedicated to increasing diversity and representation in ABA, Jeron has made significant contributions to the field through mentorship, advocacy, and innovative initiatives. He excels at building strong relationships with clients and caregivers, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all involved. Jeron is the President and Founder of Black Men in Behavior Analysis (BMBA), an organization focused on enhancing the presence and representation of Black men in the field while promoting equity and inclusion across all levels. As the Founder of ABAVerzus Block Party, he has redefined community engagement in ABA, creating vibrant spaces for networking, knowledge sharing, and celebration. He is also the host and executive producer of the Beyond the Science podcast, a platform dedicated to amplifying diverse voices in ABA and fostering conversations that bridge the gap between science and lived experiences. This initiative reflects his commitment to inclusivity, education, and community engagement in the field. An active member of several professional organizations, including Black Men in Behavior Analysis, the Association for Professional Behavior Analysts, and the Georgia Association of Behavior Analysis, Jeron is a sought-after leader and collaborator. His interests include cultivating community, empowering the next generation of clinicians, and driving lasting change in the field of ABA. Jeron has organized and contributed to numerous events and conferences, showcasing his commitment to innovation and excellence. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA, and continues to lead efforts that shape the future of behavior analysis.
