Shannah Bachar, M.S., BCBA

Shannah Bachar has been a BCBA with Integrated Behavioral Solutions, now Kadiant, since 2013. Since 2013, Shannah has gone from being a BCBA, to a Senior BCBA and RBT Trainer, and is now the Clinical Director at Kadiant Gwinnett. Shannah has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2007 and has been working with individuals on the spectrum and with other disabilities for over 20 years.  She received her Bachelor’s of Science from the College of Charleston majoring in Psychology and received her Master’s of Science degree with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University.

Shannah is passionate about helping individuals who have special needs and has experience working across a wide range of disabilities and ages. Working with individuals who have special needs is close to Shannah’s heart as her uncle has Down Syndrome and she began volunteering with a young boy with autism when she was only in the 4th grade!

In her free time Shannah enjoys spending time with her husband, Gil, and daughter, Raya.
